Strategically located at the junction of Jalan Besar and Sungei Road. Little India, Bugis Village and Sim Lim Square, famous for electronic and computer items is within walking distance. Between Bugis and Little India MRT station.
The hotel is part of the Hotel 81 chain operating eleven economical and no frills properties in Singapore. These are decent and clean hotels in a more local part of town. Contracted rooms are without window.

Rooms are small, amenities and furnishing are basic. However, cleanliness is assured. Majority of the rooms are with queen size bed and has dark orange headboard with a strip of mirror in between. Coffee/tea making facilities are available in the room. However, cleanliness is assured. Majority of the rooms are without window. The attached bathrooms cum toilet is small and has standing shower.
The lobby is small with black and white striped design flooring and a small black granite counter top.
